Time for an activity...
Take some time listening:
You will need a quiet place with no distractions. Put your phone away, turn all noise off, and have a watch so you can time 5 minutes.
Take 5 minutes to listen, start your time off with a short prayer to god.
You may not hear anything, you may just feel a sense of peace in your life, but focus on god for the full 5 minutes and see what happens.
-Next time you come to pray, make sure all distractions are away, because prayer is a 2 way conversation with god-
